General Training FAQ
If you are a Belden Partner Alliance member, you can access the Belden Academy from your partner portal account by clicking the Learning tab. For non Belden Partner Alliance members, click here to complete a short registration form to create your account.
A Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browser is required. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blocker. We also recommend having your Zoom setting to 100% or less.
Simply choose the course tile you want and click the “Enroll” button (for free courses) or click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the prompts (for courses with fees).
You can access your learning activity under the ‘My Activities’ page located in the left-hand menu
Earned training certificates can be downloaded directly from the Belden Academy by 1) clicking on “My Activities”, 2) Clicking either on “Courses” or “Learning Plans”, and 3) clicking on the certificate icon next to the appropriate course or learning plan title. Certificates can also be downloaded at the completion of the course by clicking the green “Download” button.
Click the “Full Course Catalog” option from your menu. 2) Click the “Filters” button. 3) Use the “BICSI Credits” or “AVIXA Credits” filters to find what you’re looking for.

Yes, the Belden Academy is available to anyone interested in learning.
Anybody can register for a free Belden Academy account. Most of our courses are available at no charge. Some courses/certifications carry a cost. Prices per course are listed on the Belden Academy.
Yes, our current offering includes courses in English, Chinese, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
Whether you’re new to the industry or are a seasoned pro, Belden offers multiple training options to enhance your technical skills, improve your on-the-job effectiveness and deliver more value to clients. Training topics include products, solutions, verticals, applications, industry trends, and technology trends.
Yes. The Belden training team is committed to developing best-in-class training experiences. We welcome user feedback and provide a variety of ways to share your experience. End-of-course feedback options may include a course survey, a 5-star rating scale, or an open comments box.
